Part 1: Have a look at these pictures and answer the following questions below.

  1. What do they have in common?
  2. Are they familiar to you?
  3. How many of them do you at home nowadays?
  4. Are they similar to the ones in the pictures?

Work in pairs and try to name as many pictures as you can, then complete the chart. Complete both the 'now' with modern equivalents of the items.
