(9th grade EBI) Youth work in Uruguay (page 233)


 Let's read the law about youth work in Uruguay (#19133) and answer some questions.

Answer 'T' (true, not "v"!) or 'F' (false), and PROVIDE EVIDENCE for the false answers:

  1. If you're under 14 you can work.
  2. The law includes people of up to 29 years old.
  3. If you're under 18 and want to work you need a grant or permission card from INAU.
  4. The employers have to offer training to the youth.
  5. This law doesn't offer practice for people who finished their studies.
  6. Private companies get benefits if they hire young people.
